Luckily we came home to nice sunny weather in Salem.
So that meant lots of walks to the park.
We also came home to a very busy daddy. He had one week of classes and then two weeks of finals ahead. So that meant it was just going to be us girls for a while :)
We learned all about shadows.
How cute is my little Olivia's shadow!
My mom bought be a Sakura Bloom sling right before I left.
I had been wanting one for quite a while so I was beyond excited!
I love carrying Clara and having her close to me. It also makes it easier for me to deal with Olivia because my hands are free.
We made a few stops to Mcdonalds to get icecream cones.
Lately that's all Olivia asks to do.
She takes after her mommy in her obsession with icecream although I have graduated from Mcdonalds icecream to gelato. More about that in minute!
We went to Target so I could get some things for Easter crafts and the girl's Easter baskets.
And I couldn't leave with out getting a couple pints of this yumminess.
(This is the real stuff right here!)
I love Clara and I's daily snuggle time.
And watching daddy bathe the girls.
We have our nightly routine down where he bathes the girls while I sweep and vacuum the floors and carpet and get everything ready for bedtime.
Olivia always gets to go first. I take off Clara's clothes in their room and she will crawl into the bathroom and pull herself up on the bath tub and squawk until it is her turn.
Bathtime is quite popular around here!
Pa (Michael's dad) came to Salem for business and we were able to spend a little time with him.
Clara got to go swimming for her very first time!
She loves baths so we knew she would love the pool.
My cute Olivia was not a fan of the pool.
Instead she chose to spend her time soaking in the hot tub.
She calls it "the nice warm swimming pool."
Takes after her mommy in that way as well :)
This picture was taken right after one of Clara's splashing attacks as you can tell by Michaels face!
One afternoon we stopped by daddy's school to pick him up. We weren't planning on getting out but Olivia had to go pee so we parked and got out.
She took off running and was laughing so uncontrollably for seriously no reason at all. I tried to tell her that the more she kept laughing the more she'd have to pee but she didn't listen ha.
Thankfully we made it to the bathrooms just in time!
After Olivia wanted to feed daddy's apple core to the ducks in the River.
We are looking forward to Easter crafts and Easter.
And to daddy being done with school!
