Clara's 11 months.

Weight: 18 lbs 7 ounces- 37th percentile

Height: 28 inches- 26th percentile

Head- 44 cm- 33rd percentile

Here are some things about you this month.

*As small as you are you still weigh 2 pounds more than your sister did at your age!

*You have now graduated from the army crawl to the full fledge hands and knees crawl. You remind me of a little lion cub when you crawl. I love it! But I do miss the army crawl.

*You are such a little snuggler and will be content playing and exploring everything but every once in a while you come to find me and crawl up and sit up on your knees and hold up your little arms for me to pick you up. I then give you lots of kisses, squishes, and snuggles and after a few minutes you want to get down again. This has to be my absolute favorite thing!

*You are starting to try and stand up all by yourself. Of course you are super good at pulling yourself up on to really anything but now you think you can do it all by yourself! You mostly practice on the bed which is interesting because it is a lot harder to balance on such a soft surface yet it is definitely smart thinking on your part because you know if you fall down you won't get hurt!

* Have I mentioned how much you love to eat?! Your breakfast routine goes as follows: bottle when you wake up, breakfast with dad about 30 minutes later and then breakfast with mom about an hour later, and then a nice big bottle of formula about 30 minutes after that right before you nap. Your dinner routine goes as follows: a fruit and dinner baby food around 5:00 pm. Whatever we eat around 5:30-6:00 pm and then a full bottle of formula and oatmeal at 7:00 pm. What can I say you LOVE to eat. I honestly think you would sit up in your little chair and eat all day if I let you!

*No one can get you to laugh harder than your sister can. You think she is hilarious! In the mornings when you wake up (usually before Olivia) we bring you in to cuddle with us. And then when Olivia wakes up she comes to join. And the second you see her climbing on the bed you start flapping your arms up and down and get the biggest smile on your face!

*Now as much as you love Olivia you two definitely struggle sometimes. Olivia likes to bug you and push you down and bop you with all sorts of things. She likes to take your toys and your binky and just pretend she's the queen bee :) You are surprisingly patient with all of this but let me and dad know when she is bugging you by letting out this little whiny squeal!

*You went swimming for the first time this month and absolutely loved it! You could not stop splashing.

* You still take 2 naps a day. One morning nap and one afternoon and then sleep from 7:00 pm to around 7:00 am. With a bottle around 11:00 pm. Before bedtime and naps you still love to be tightly swaddled and rocked to sleep with a bottle. I love the time I get to spend holding you and staring into your perfect little face.
*Guess what you have?! Two of the cutest little bottom teeth I've ever seen! They came up pretty much at exactly the same time and you are loving them. You are definitely figuring out how to use them and push your little lips outwards and chew right in the front of you mouth. Oh my goodness your dad and I love this!

These firsts and memories we share with you will be treasures of mine forever and ever. You are my sweet Clara baby and I am so so blessed to be your mom.
