I have been wanting to take the girls up and walk around the temple grounds for quite a while now.
And we just had one of those weeks where Michael knew he needed to go.
So he went inside the temple while me and the girls walked around soaking up the sunshine and the stunning grounds.
I loved talking to Olivia about the temple and explaining to her that if she is a good girl and listens to Jesus that someday she would be able to marry her handsome prince here.
She got so excited because she thinks it looks exactly like a princess house, and to be honest she's got a point!
The cutest part of her excitement is that she honestly thinks she is going to marry daddy there. (She's been in that stage for a while now, and its adorable). I love that she looks up to Michael so much.
Their relationship is playful, yet sweet as ever.
I am so grateful for the blessings of the temple. And for the peace and comfort we find inside no matter what worries and trials we may be facing.
After our temple visit we decided to visit a food truck. Because this family is all about their food!
We found the most amazing sliders ever. Seriously best we've ever had.
I am so grateful for days like this with my little family.
It's what life is all about.
