Spotlights:

I would just like to say that these 2 people brought a smile to me today and helped me realize how lucky I am to be surrounded by people that care about me.

HarrisonThis is my little brother Harrison.

Can I just say that I love him so much.
I am so grateful he is a part of our family.
He is a little out of control....i guess VERY.
But he has a very sweet sensitive side that comes out sometimes:)
Let me share with you one of those times.
Today Michael and I each got a valentine from this precious boy.
Here is what they said: (I left the spelling how he spelled it)

Micholl,
I love you
you are so funny kide (kid)
I luve you are hery (hairy) kide (kid) and a good itsampt.( example haha)

Isebel,
You are the best sister in the world
Sens (since) you got mery'D (married) I have love'd you
I love love love love you.

I love going home and giving him hugs and squishes.
I am so glad I have a little brother just like him.
I love love love love him too!


Grandpa Brown

This is my Grandpa Brown.
He is more than just a grandpa to me.
He is a best friend.
Today he took me to lunch.
I think he knew I needed some extra encouragement.
Just today he taught me:
Determination
Motivation
Faith in myself
To never give up
And
How to be the best I can be.
I think he knew I needed that.
(I've been trying to make a decision on what to do with school)
He told me that he would always love me no matter what
because it is our qualities that define us, not what we do.
He told me to be the type of person I want to be.
And to do the things that truly make me happy.
He told me that it doesn't matter what other people think.
He reminded me of of who I am.
And that I can do whatever I set my mind to.
My grandpa reintroduced me to a girl today.
I really have missed her.
And
I've decided that I want to be her again.
Because I know she has a lot in store for her.
I am so grateful for a grandpa that knows and cares about what his oldest granddaughter needs.
I love him.
I really think I have the best grandpa.
