Our darling 10 month old:

I can't believe she is already 10 months old.
Where in the heck is time going.
Seriously.
It is going WAY too fast.
Our little Olivia Alexandra is one of our greatest blessing.
She is so entertaining and is constantly making us laugh.
We love this little doll more than words can say.
So I'll leave it at that at let you look at some (I mean a lot) of pictures I took of her.

I mean what do you with something as cute as that.
I'll tell you what I do.
Lots and lots and lots of kisses, squishes, and hugs.

One of the best places on Earth:

Last weekend we were able to take a quick 4 day trip up to the family cabin just outside of West Yellowstone.
It was kind of our last little family vacation before Winston leaves.
But I'm not going to talk about that because it makes me sad.
Anyway, it is about a 6 hour drive so I was pretty much freaking out.
As everyone knows who reads this blog, Olivia hates the car.
But on this trip, she didn't seem to mind it.
Of course she had 6 of her loud aunts and uncles, plus her loud dad and me (I'm not really loud) all sitting around her constantly entertaining.
I'm sure she just loved all the attention.
I would.
Oh ya and I gave her candy.
Lots of it.
She absolutely loved it.
I mean who doesn't?
So she was an angel.
And we enjoyed our drive.
We got up there around 9:30 pm so we put her straight to bed.
And she slept through the night!
(I was a little nervous she wouldn't because of the change of environment.)
The next 2 days were filled with 4-wheeling, jet skiing, great food, movies, chats, tons of chocolate chip cookies, tubing, and just overall having more than a complete blast with eachother.
I was so so sad to leave.
I have been up to that cabin every summer since I was born.
So of course some of my fondest memories are from those trips.
I'm sad that Winston won't be here for two summers.
Don't get me wrong, I am SO happy he is serving a mission and wouldn't want him to do anything else.
But he's my brother so not seeing him for two whole years is going to be hard.
So I am glad we got this short little trip to remind each other how important families are and that every moment we have together is precious.

Enjoy the pictures!

The current candy this little one is enjoying is a peach ring.

Reading about bears.

We discovered quite the funny thing about Olivia. Well Sophia did. When she started fussing and whining we would hang her upside down and she would bust out laughing!
It was hilarious. It appears as though she can be a bit bi-polar.

This bald eagle was right by the dock.

Olivia's first time on a jet ski. She pretty much just sat there hardly moving the whole time.

She LOVED the boat. She would just lay there hardly moving like she did on the jet ski.
She loved the moving water and watching crazy us flinging around on the tubes.

A bunch of tubing pictures.
I don't really know how to explain how much fun it was especially since I didn't get to go last year because I was pregnant.

Look at that adorable chubby little body!

She loved the sand. So much that she ate it. (Well she tried to, I didn't let her.)

We went on this beautiful trail. Olivia burrowed her little head in Michael's shirt and didn't move.
It was so cute.

All seven of us.

With Grandpa Brown.

LOVE.

Our cute family.

Happy Birthday Mom!

July 27th my mom turned 49.
She'd probably kill me if she knew I posted that info. But oh well it's my journal.
The day started off by Olivia and me going into my dad's work.
I occasionally try and do some secretary work.
Olivia was moving all over the place.
Standing up against things and pretty much crawling.
It was crazy cute.
After work, we came home and made a homemade chocolate cake.
It was my first one EVER.
I'm not going to lie it was good.
Then, we went out for Mexican food at Mi Ranchito.
She loved the fried icecream and so did I.
Then, Olivia had a really bubbly bath.
So we put the bubbles on her head.
Finally, we put the precious one down for bed.
She wasn't there for the festivities of cake and candles.
But that's what happens when you are a baby and have a bedtime of 7:00 pm.

Happy Birthday to the best mom!
